با توجه به در خواست ها و پیگیری های مکرر مراکز و واحد های پیام نور مبنی بر تمدید مهلت ثبت نام دروس تجدید امتحان، دانشگاه پیام نور مهلت ثبت نام دروس خارج از منبع و ریزشی بالای 70 درصد(تجدید امتحان) تا تاریخ 93/4/29 تمدید نمود.

به گزارش پایگاه خبری کتابخانه الکترونیکی پیام نور(pnueb) دانشگاه پیام نور زمان ثبت نام و لیست آزمون مجدد دروس ریزشی نیمسال دوم ۹۳-۹۲ را اعلام کرد.
در بخشنامه جدیدی که محمد علی کریمی سرپرست معاونت آموزشی پیام نور آن را در تاریخ 23 تیر ماه در خصوص لیست جدیدی از دروس ریزشی و آزمون مجدد نیمسال دوم 93-92 به رؤسای محترم استانها اعلام کرد:
متن بخشنامه به شرح زیر میباشد :
رؤسای محترم استانها
باسلام و احترام،
به پیوست لیست دروسی که ریزش آنها بالای70% می باشد ( جدول شماره 1) و در سیستم جامع گلستان به صورت تجدید امتحان 3923 تعریف شده است ارسال می گردد و به اطلاع می رساند تاریخ امتحان دروس (جدول شماره 2) که ریزش بالای 70% دارند و در ترم تابستان ارائه نشده اند متعاقباً ارسال خواهد شد.
لذا مقتضی است دستور فرمائید دروس (جدول شماره 1) برای دانشجویان به صورت تجدید امتحان در سیستم گلستان تعریف گردد و ضمن توجه به موارد زیر اطلاع رسانی دقیق و سریع به عمل آید.
1. نوع آزمون : تجدید امتحان
2. مسیر ثبت نام: نیمسال 3923
3. تاریخ ثبت نام : 22/04/93 لغایت 29/04/93
4. فقط دانشجویانی می توانند در آزمون مجدد این درس شرکت نمایند که در امتحان قبلی حضور داشته اند.
5. این درس جزء سقف انتخاب واحد ترم 3923 محسوب نمی شود .
6. شرکت دانشجویان در آزمون اجباری نیست.
7. تاریخ برگزاری آزمون دروس جدول شماره 1 همزمان با امتحانات پایان ترم نیمسال تابستان 93-92 می باشد.
دروس خارج از منبع پیام نور : دروس خارج منبع به دروسی گفته می شود که تمام سوالات یا بخش زیادی از سوالات آزمون از منبع اعلام شده برای امتحان طرح نشده باشد برای این دروس آزمون مجدد برگزار می شود.
دروس ریزشی پیام نور : دروس در صورتی در ليست ريزشی ها قرار می گيرند كه بيش از 70 درصد از دانشجويان در آن درس در یک ترم مشخص حدنصاب نمره را كسب نكنند ، آزمون درس تستی كامل باشد و بيش از 50 دانشجو در کل کشور آن درس را انتخاب كرده باشند. برای این دروس آزمون مجدد ممکن است برگزار شود (یا ممکن است برخی سوالات حذف شوند و نمرات بالا روند)

در مورد دانشجویان پسر اگر مشکل سربازی نداشته باشند این مساله از سوی کمیسیون موارد خاص دانشگاه‌ها و خود وزارت علوم قابل پیگیری است.
دانشگاه بررسی می کند اگر فاصله زمانی انصراف دانشجویان از تحصیل زیاد طولانی نشده باشد و دلایل قانع کننده ای برای ترک تحصیل داشته باشند کمیسیون موارد خاص ممکن است موافقت کند که واحد های باقی مانده را در دانشگاه خود طی کنند.
همچنین ممکن است با توجه به شرایط و فاصله بیش از حد بین ترک تحصیل و بازگشت برای ادامه تحصیل تصمیم گرفته شود که این دانشجویان واحد های خود را در دیگر دانشگاه‌ها و یا حتی در دیگر مقطع ادامه دهند.
بازگشت برای ادامه تحصیل دانشجویان انصرافی در هیچ مقطعی ممنوع نیست ولی بیشترین تقاضا ها در مقطع کارشناسی است.
این دانشجویان براساس تقویم آموزشی دانشگاه ها می توانند بحث ادامه تحصیل خود را دنبال کنند. به عنوان مثال دانشجویی که مهر ماه تقاضای خود را ارایه دهد در صورت موافقت از بهمن ماه می تواند ادامه تحصیل دهد.
